Declarations of prayers

Day 01

Heavenly Father, I come to you in The Name of Jesus,“I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant me, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in my heart through faith; that I, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height and to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that I may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I ask or think, according to the power that works in me, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. May I not forget, nor turn away from your words. May I not forsake your words , and may your words preserve me; I love your word, and I will keep your word. I know Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore help me to get wisdom. And in all my getting, help me to get understanding.” That I May please You.Read; Proverbs‬ ‭4:4-7‬ ‭NKJV

Heavenly Father, I come to you in The Name of Jesus,“May I trust in you with all my heart, And May I lean not on my own understanding; In all my ways may I acknowledge You, And I know you shall direct my paths. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Day 16

Heavenly Father, I come to you in The Name of Jesus, “I count it all joy when I fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of my faith produces patience. ‭‭Read; Psalms‬ ‭37:4-7‬ ‭NKJV

Day 25

Heavenly Father, I come to you in The Name of Jesus, You said “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give me a future and a hope. Find Out More About

Our Beliefs

Here at Gospel Center Church, we are a FAMILY in more ways than one. As a congregation, we function as a family whose members are always there for one another. As a church, we belong to a much larger family of churches called the Assemblies of God. We also believe that because of Jesus, every believer is a part of God’s family.

GOD’S WORD

The Bible as we have it, translated into nearly all languages, is completely inspired by God. It serves as our authoritative guide for faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)

TRINITY

The trinity is a three part being. It consists of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; John 14:16-17)

DIVINITY OF JESUS

As God’s Son, Jesus is both completely man and completely God. (Matthew 1:23; Hebrews 7:26; 1 Corinthians 15:3; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:11)

GOD’S PLAN

Humanity’s sin has separated it from God, and the only way to restore the relationship is forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ. Forgiveness makes us right before God and leads us on a life-long path toward righteousness. (Romans 5:12-19; Luke 24:47; Titus 3:5-7)

ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH

There are two ways from the bible that show our commitment and obedience to Christ that we should absolutely follow:

  • Water Baptism (Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47,48)
  • Participating in Holy Communion (1 Corinthians 11:26)
THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH

There is one Holy Universal Church that has a mission to evangelize the world, disciple followers of Christ, worship God, and provide Christ-like works of compassion to all. (Mark 16:15, 16; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:11-16; James 1:27)

THE RETURN OF JESUS

At any time Jesus will return, judge the world, and begin a time of eternal relationship with those who follow Him and eternal separation from those who have chosen not to follow. (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17; Revelation 20:11-13; 2 Peter 3:13)
