About Us

Everyone's Welcome

Gospel Center Church is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational church where everyone is welcome.

Spirit-Filled Services

We are a Spirit-filled Church, so are services are lively and energetic, but also a safe place to visit and bring a friend.

Loving Community

Our view is that the best way to become all that God wants for you and your family is to engage in a local, powerful community of believers. We do this through small groups meeting in people’s homes.

A Place to Get Involved

We believe God has a place for you to plugin and use your gifts for His glory. God can and will do more through your life then you could possibly imagine. Let’s start that journey today.

What Drives Us

Our Vision

Our vision is to see families grow in their faith and in their relationship with Jesus and with each other. We exist to grow gospel centered disciples through faith in Christ, connection, Cristian education and care.

Who Leads the Way

Leadership Team

Pastor Donny Flippo

Lead Pastor

Pastor Donny has been the pastor here at Gospel Center Church since early 2001. He and his wife Veronica have three beautiful children: Bradley, Britney and Breanna. He loves the Lord and his family.  He also likes Chevy trucks and riding his motorcycle. He has a servant’s heart, and he is never hesitant to help those in need. Pastor Donny leads by example, and he walks in the anointing that the Lord has placed on his life. His greatest passion is to see others find success in life and remain faithful to Jesus.

Find Out More About

Our Beliefs

Here at Gospel Center Church, we are a FAMILY in more ways than one. As a congregation, we function as a family whose members are always there for one another. As a church, we belong to a much larger family of churches called the Assemblies of God. We also believe that because of Jesus, every believer is a part of God’s family.

The Bible as we have it, translated into nearly all languages, is completely inspired by God. It serves as our authoritative guide for faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)

The trinity is a three part being. It consists of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; John 14:16-17)

As God’s Son, Jesus is both completely man and completely God. (Matthew 1:23; Hebrews 7:26; 1 Corinthians 15:3; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:11)

Humanity’s sin has separated it from God, and the only way to restore the relationship is forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ. Forgiveness makes us right before God and leads us on a life-long path toward righteousness. (Romans 5:12-19; Luke 24:47; Titus 3:5-7)

There are two ways from the bible that show our commitment and obedience to Christ that we should absolutely follow:

  • Water Baptism (Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47,48)
  • Participating in Holy Communion (1 Corinthians 11:26)

There is one Holy Universal Church that has a mission to evangelize the world, disciple followers of Christ, worship God, and provide Christ-like works of compassion to all. (Mark 16:15, 16; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:11-16; James 1:27)

At any time Jesus will return, judge the world, and begin a time of eternal relationship with those who follow Him and eternal separation from those who have chosen not to follow. (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17; Revelation 20:11-13; 2 Peter 3:13)
